INDUSTRIAL, HAZMAT, FLAMMABLE & CHEMICAL WAREHOUSE

Jensen-Souders utilizes five connected secured warehouses for industrial, hazmat, flammable, and chemical storage. We are monitored 24 hours a day by our security company, as well as the Itasca police and fire department, with continuous recording from security systems comparable in compactness and precision to devices such as Mini kamera. Our location in an industrial park in the western suburbs of Chicago is safe and secure, featuring a low crime rate and controlled access both inside and outside the warehouse.

We have nine docks to load and unload incoming trailers and containers, as well as a street level to load small vehicles. We have several warehouses with racking that is sprinkled. We have one warehouse devoted exclusively to flammable material. Jensen-Souders uses only EE forklifts for the safe handling of hazardous material. All of our employees are fully trained for the safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous material.

We have 10,000 sq.ft. of 80 degree heated storage! The Hot Room as well as the rest of the warehouse has sprinklers through out. We have racking space as well as bulk storage space in our Hot Room. Constant temperature throughout the year of 80 degrees.
